How it works

• Choose your preferred eGreeting design and message.
• Click the Get Card button on the homepage, or choose an option below.
• Complete the contact form. Include your details, preferred eGreeting design and card message.
• Choose either the Merry Christmas or Season’s Greetings message.
• Click Submit.
• Upon receipt of the completed contact form Front of Mind will be in touch to confirm your order.

Option 1 - Branded only eGreeting: You send out an email with a link to your eGreeting.

Price: £200 excluding VAT

• Front of Mind will email you a Confirmation of Commission, together with the terms and conditions. The Confirmation of Commission must be signed and then faxed or emailed to Front of Mind before any work can begin.
• Send your company or business logo in a hi-resolution format – Vector preferred: .PNG, .EPS, .AI or Hi-Res .PSD or .TIF (separated from background) – and branding guidelines if applicable.
• Once the logo has been received the eGreeting will be ready for approval within two business days. A link to an online preview of your eGreeting and a sign off form will be sent. Please sign and fax or email the form to Front of Mind.
• You will be invoiced for the work once sign off has been approved.

Option 2 - Branded and mail out of eGreeting: Front of Mind to send out the email with a link to your eGreeting.

Price: £300 excluding VAT for up to 5,000 email addresses. (For lists of over 5,000 recipients please contact us for a bespoke price.)

• Front of Mind will email you a Confirmation of Commission, together with the terms and conditions. The Confirmation of Commission must be signed and faxed or email to Front of Mind before any work can begin.
• Send your company or business logo in a hi-resolution format – Vector preferred: .PNG,EPS,.AI or Hi-Res .PSD or .TIF (separated from background) – and branding guidelines if applicable.
• The eGreeting will then be ready for approval within 24 hours. A link to an online preview of your eGreeting and a sign off form will be sent. Please sign and fax or email the form to Front of Mind.
• Please provide a comma separated values (.csv) file (e.g. John,Smith,jsmith@frontofmind.co.uk.) or three column Excel spreadsheet (.xls) for the email distribution list.
  
• After Front of Mind has received your recipient list the approved eGreeting will be ready for mail out within 24 hours.
• You will be invoiced for the work once sign off has been approved.
• Web metrics, including the eGreetings open rates, will be provided by Front of Mind in mid-January.

Front of Mind Mail Out system guidelines

To distribute email communications using the Front of Mind Mail Out system you must have clearly obtained the permission through the recipient. This can be done through a variety of methods, including:

• An email newsletter subscription form on your website.
• Recipients opting to willingly receive information from your company.
• An offline form, survey or competition where they have expressed that they would like to be contacted.
• Current customers or clients whom you have had contact with within the last two years.
• Contacts who have provided your company with their business card and have agreed to receive email contact.

It is not permitted to distribute to the following:

• Email distribution lists obtained from a third party.
• Email distribution lists not contacted by your company within the past two years.
• Email distribution lists copied from the internet.
