Q: What format should the logo be in?

Vector format is preferred: eg .PNG, .EPS, .AI or Hi-Res .PSD or .TIF (separated from background).

Q: What format should the database be in?

Please provide a comma separated values (.csv) file (e.g. John,Smith,jsmith@frontofmind.co.uk.) or three column Excel spreadsheet (.xls) for the email distribution list.

Q: How long will it take?

Branded only eGreetings will be ready for approval within two business days of your logo being received. For branded and mail out greetings, the card will be ready for approval within 24 hours, at which point you will provide us with your recipient list, with the eGreeting ready for mail out after 24 hours.

Q: When will my eGreeting be sent out?

The mail out can be sent at any time and date of your choosing up until Monday, December 22 at 5pm.

Q: What is the final date I can request an eGreeting?

The final order date is Wednesday, December 17. Orders received after this deadline will be processed if possible, but may incur a small excess charge.

Q: Will I be able to check the eGreeting before sending?

Yes, we will send you a preview before mail out.

Q: How will I know the eGreeting has been sent?

Front of Mind will email you to confirm distribution.

Q: Can I track how many people open the eGreeting?

Yes, if you are distributing using the Front of Mind Mail Out system we will be able to provide eGreeting statistics in mid-January.

Q: How long will the link last?

Purchase of the branded eGreeting includes a non-exclusive non-transferable right to view the link to your customised eGreeting for a period of six months.

Q: Where is the eGreeting hosted?

It will be hosted on Front of Mind servers.
